I know what it feels like to try to grow a business while managing a busy personal life. To search for the prefect planner, software, or tool but nothing quite works. Only a couple of years ago I was right where you are: overwhelmed and burning out.

Just like you, I wanted to have a successful business - and plenty of free time for what matters most.

I was working 7 days a week. My family noticed. But I was in denial. I had no idea just how much I was on my phone - or sneaking in extra work on the laptop during family movie night.

Always "on"... never fully present.

And continually found that when I excelled at work, my family suffered. And when I was the kind of wife and mom I wanted to be, work suffered.

 I kept saying it was "just for a season" but the season never stopped. 

I went in search of a new planner, a better software or tool, another business growth program.

I'd wander the aisles of Barnes & Noble and Office Max looking for a pretty planner that would solve all my issues.

But that stuff just isn't made for a female business owner juggling all. the. things. Especially someone with adult ADHD.

So I made it my mission to create a simple business task framework that I named Time Mastery. At first, I was embarrassed to share my tools and systems with others because they felt like they were made for someone in kindergarten (that would be how my brain works!).

But as I began sharing these sysems with other overwhelmed women, everything clicked.

The reason it worked for me is because the stuff on the marketplace is mainly designed for men in corporate America with teams of 20.  

Here we are today. Hundreds of women helped by these simple tools and systems.

And now I'm on a mission to help women build businesses that make their dreams come true - all while having more margin (that means free time and empty space) for what matters most: faith, family, health, service, and friends.

The courses and coaching programs I design are simple, straightforward and lacking in fluff. I want them to get straight to the (pain) point so you get results super fast. No wasting precious minutes you don't have.

And with the money and time you now have? I want you to use it for good in the world. To pour into your family, your loved ones, your local community and church.
